We are dedicated to delivering the fresh and delicious treasures of the bountiful sea of Sanriku Kamaishi to nationwide, ensuring their safety and quality.

We are actively collaborating with universities, national and local governments, and businesses to undertake various challenges, including technological development, implementation, and the development of regional branded products. We process high-quality seafood using state-of-the-art equipment and create products inspired by local fishermen's meals and traditional dishes from around the world.

We also pay close attention to untapped and valuable marine resources, and actively strive to utilize underutilized resources in line with consumer needs and the marine environment. Through these initiatives, we believe that we are promoting the sustainable utilization of our region's marine resources.

Our mission is to protect, appreciate, and develop products utilizing marine resources with sincerity. By promoting the exceptional marine resources of Sanriku Kamaishi nationwide, we contribute to the region's economic development and the improved livelihoods of fisheries stakeholders. Manufacturing Process

01  Thawing

We thaw our frozen ingredients using nutrient-rich seawater from the Karaman Sea. By adjusting the salt concentration to match that of the ingredients, we preserve the umami flavor and our skilled artisans carefully determine the optimal thawing point to maintain freshness.

02  Advanced Freezing Technology

Our state-of-the-art freshness-preserving freezing machines utilize a system that prevents cell membrane damage, allowing freezing to occur while maintaining the freshness intact. By rapidly freezing the ingredients, we deliver the same deliciousness as if it were freshly made.

03  Quality Control

To ensure the provision of safe and reliable products to our customers, we conduct bacterial testing using BACcT inspection kits. Additionally, we perform quality inspections on all products using metal detectors.

04  Hygiene Management

We strive to thoroughly implement hygiene management within the factory to maintain and improve quality control. We have moved away from the three negative images of 'dangerous, dirty, and difficult' within the factory and have established a safe and clean environment.
